Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”, “Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the website service (“Site”, “Website”, “Service”) operated by Pixonacci Pty Ltd trading as ‘The Air Show’ (“us”, “we”, or “our”) located at https://the-air-show.com. Your access to and continued use of the Service is conditional on your full acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors (“Visitors”), members (“Members”), customers (“Customers”), subscribers (“Subscribers”) and others that use the Service. This Site uses cookies and their use is set out in our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site you agree that you are 18 years of age or older; you agree to our use of cookies and you agree that the provisions of this Agreement are reasonable.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

License to use Website

The Air Show Website provides a Service that publishes content of interest to air travellers and aviation enthusiasts alike; operates a forum (“Forum”) that facilitates aviation-related discussion; and sells aviation-themed books to our Customers. Visitors may browse all content on the Site, including reading posts in the Forum and may also purchase books. Members are additionally allowed to create new posts in the Forum.

You are hereby granted a license (“License”) to use the Site for the purpose of browsing the Content, making a Purchase or reviewing your account details and purchase details. You may view, download for browser caching purposes only, or print pages from the Site for personal use only.

You do not have any inherent right to access or use this Website. You are licensed to use it strictly within these Terms and Conditions.


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address and email address. That information will be stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Unacceptable Use

You may not perform any of the following activities, or any similar activities, without the written permission of the Site owner:

  • Clone the Site or copy content from the site Republish
  • Resell, license or redistribute material from the Site, or conduct any similar activity
  • Attempt to defeat or bypass Site security, or do so
  • Attempt to inject malicious code or content into the Site, or do so
  • Use the site in any way that is illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, immoral or otherwise inconsistent with the terms of this Licence
  • Extract, scrape or mine data from the Site
  • Upload to the Site spy-ware, viruses or similar malicious files or software
  • Store material on, or publish or transmit material to or from the Site
  • Use the site to send and receive data or communications in any form, for any purpose

In any case of unacceptable use, the user’s account will be terminated immediately and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Restricted Areas

The Site has areas that are restricted to Members, Subscribers or Customers. For example, as a Customer you have permission to log on and access your personal account details and purchase history. You may not under any circumstances access, or attempt to access, areas of the site that you have not been given explicit permission to access.

The fact that you have this limited access does not imply that you have access to other restricted areas of the site. You do not. Attempting to access a restricted area of the site that you do not have permission to access is a breach of this agreement.


Our Service will soon include a Forum that will allow Members to to post content, provide links to other websites and upload images (“Content”). Members are responsible for all aspects of the suitability and legality of their Content. The activities of Members will be covered separately by our Forum Terms of Use (coming soon).

Intellectual Property

The website content, design, features, functionality, material, intellectual property, logo and brand name are owned by The Air Show and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property and proprietary right laws.

Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or license to use any trademark, design right, logo or copyright owned by The Air Show.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Air Show. The Air Show has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

You further acknowledge and agree that The Air Show shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

No warranties

The Website is provided “as is”. We make no representations or warranties in relation to the Site and the Content or the information provided in the Site, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, nor that the information on the Site is complete, accurate or up to date.

Nothing on the Site should be construed as providing advice in any form. You should always consult an appropriately qualified professional if you seek advice. You use the Site at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

The Air Show or it’s employees or contractors shall not be liable to any Visitor, Subscriber, Member, Customer or other user of the Website in relation to your use of the Site, for any reason, whether under the law of contract, the law of torts or similar, for any direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, business loss, loss of revenue, loss of income or profits, loss of savings, loss of contracts, loss of customers, loss of data, loss of business relationships, loss of sponsorships, loss of goodwill or reputation or any similar loss.

These limitations of liability apply in all cases including where We have been advised that such loss may potentially occur.


Nothing in this Agreement shall limit The Air Show liability where it would be unlawful to exclude or limit such liability.

Unenforceable Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful it will not affect the validity of all other provisions, which shall remain in effect.


You hereby indemnify and hold harmless The Air Show, it’s employees, contractors, Visitors, Members, Subscribers, Customers and other users, affiliates, suppliers and business partners against any losses, costs, damages, expenses and liabilities, without limitation, to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute, arising out of any breach of this Agreement on your part.

Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between The Air Show and you in relation to this website and your use of the Site.


This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the state of Queensland, and the applicable federal laws of Australia.


We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you no longer wish to have a registered account at The Air Show, you may terminate your account by contacting us, providing your full name and email address. Once your account is terminated you will no longer have access to your account details or to create new posts in the Forum.

In either case we will close your account as soon as reasonably practical and send you an email confirming that your account has been closed and this agreement between Us and you has been terminated. No matter how termination is effected, all provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
